LPN - Skilled Nursing Hillsdale, MI
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Position Overview:
Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient monitoring, treatments, documentation, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of LPN/Skilled Nursing experience
  • BLS certification from AHA
  • COVID vaccination record
  • Current immunization records: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Flu & Tdap


Schedule:

  • Mid shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
  • 8-hour shifts only
  • Every Other Weekend (EOW)
  • Every Other Holiday (EOH)
