Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Long Term Care in Claremont, NH Join a leading facility in Claremont, New Hampshire, for a rewarding LNA position working day shifts. Quick Facts: Location: 5 Nursing Home Drive, Claremont, NH 03743 Start Date: 09/21/2026 End Date: 12/21/2026 Shift: Days (8-hour shifts) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Temporary Licensure/Certifications: Valid LNA license required Experience: Previous LNA experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $28.14 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do: Provide basic nursing and restorative care within facility policies Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing Support residents with ambulation, mobility, and positioning Aid residents with nutrition, hydration, and waste management Ensure a safe environment by reacting to emergencies and supporting resident safety Follow Resident Care Plans and maintain confidentiality Utilize infection control techniques and respect residents' spiritual beliefs Observe and report significant resident observations to licensed staff What You Need: Valid LNA license in New Hampshire Prior experience working with long-term care residents preferred Ability to follow care plans accurately and compassionately Good communication and observational skills About the Assignment: This assignment is at a respected long-term care facility in Claremont, NH, dedicated to providing high-quality care to its residents.
