Overview In this role you drive AI-driven transformation initiatives in regulated clinical data environments, focusing on GenAI-powered code conversions and automation to improve efficiency. You oversee design and operation of clinical data ecosystems (e.g., Veeva CDMS, eDC, analytics for clinical supply chains) while ensuring strict GxP validation and data compliance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging platforms like Veeva CDMS and AWS to scale solutions. Responsibilities- Lead design and implementation of AI-powered transformation programs in clinical data settings
- Manage end-to-end solution design and operations for clinical data ecosystems (Veeva CDMS, eDC, analytics)
- Ensure GxP validation, risk management, and data compliance across systems
- Drive GenAI and automation initiatives to reduce effort and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align with regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and integrate platforms (e.g., Veeva CDMS, AWS) into data workflows
- Oversee data flow integration and governance for clinical programs
Key requirements- Proven experience leading GenAI and automation projects in a regulated clinical environment
- Hands-on experience with Veeva CDMS, AWS, and clinical data flow integration
- Proficiency in clinical data standards (SDTM, ADaM, ARS) and clinical programming (SAS, R, SQL)
