Overview As an AI & Data Strategy Consultant, you will shape visions for AI and data-led reinvention, build credibility with clients, and define strategies to unlock growth. You will assess maturity, design building blocks for an AI-first operating model, and create business cases and roadmaps. You'll infuse Responsible AI concepts, partner ecosystems, and scalable data and technology architectures into client plans. This role offers the chance to work with senior leaders to drive measurable value at speed and scale.

Responsibilities- Shape vision and identify AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention opportunities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Define and structure AI and data strategy to optimize data assets and AI technologies
- Assess organizational maturity, operating model, and data foundations
- Define building blocks for AI-first transformation including technology and platform blueprints
- Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps with revenue upside and cost opportunities
- Infuse Responsible AI into strategy and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships
- Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
- Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years in AI and Data Strategy with relevant sub-skills
- 4+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent
- 4+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
- 4+ years of large-scale delivery experience
- Nice to Have: Master's degree in a relevant field
- Strong program management and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
