Schedule/Availability Requirements:Shifts per month: 12-15Dates of coverage:10/30(am)-11/2(am) 11/13(am)-11/16(am) 11/28(am)-12/2(am)12/21(am)-12/28(am)12/29(am)-1/1(am) Setting: Interventional Cardiology/Rounding for vacationsDuties: Rounding when covering for IC FTE vacationsFTE: Per DiemRequired Procedures: Coronary Angiogram, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Stent PlacementEMR: EPICSupport Staff: Reason for Coverage: Gap in IC coverage and vacation coverage Patients per day: 10Submission RequirementsBoard Certification: BC Interventional Cardiology REQUIRED State License: WA Highly Preferred will accept IMCL, LOQ must be uploaded Required Interventional Cardiology Fellowship REQUIRED Malpractice Clean Highly Preferred
