About the Position
- Outpatient position with multicultural community health center
- A team of 11 Providers, including Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Hours are mainly 8 am-5 pm, with some nights and weekends
- Providers see, on average, 96 patients per week
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole is a plus but not required
