Breast Radiologist Physician Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience practicing as a Breast Radiologist
- MQSA certification
- Board certification or board eligibility within the past 5 years
- Strong clinical expertise in breast imaging and diagnostic mammography
- Ability to work on-site in Chattanooga and interpret studies remotely for affiliated locations
- Clean professional credentials file; temporary privileges may be considered for qualified candidates
Breast Imaging Radiology Responsibilities
- Perform on-site breast imaging services and diagnostic mammography interpretation
- Interpret diagnostic breast imaging studies remotely for additional regional locations as needed
- Provide accurate, timely radiology reports and clinical recommendations
- Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary care teams regarding imaging findings
- Maintain compliance with MQSA standards and applicable quality requirements
- Meet the expected minimum productivity level of 65 RVUs per shift
- Use designated radiology information and image management systems to support an efficient workflow
