- Schedule: Daytime coverage seven days per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with call coverage Monday through Sunday
- Shift Duration: Approximately 9-hour daytime shifts, plus call
- Holiday Coverage: Call coverage is required on holidays
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,480-$7,670
- Coverage Model: Per diem locum tenens physician coverage
Interventional Radiologist Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in interventional and diagnostic radiology
- Board certification or board eligibility in Radiology; board eligibility must be within 5 years
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency in interventional radiology
- Ability to interpret and manage studies across CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, and nuclear medicine
- Ability to provide onsite radiology coverage and participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call
- Active medical license and all required credentials to practice as a physician in Tennessee
Interventional Radiology Physician Responsibilities
- Provide onsite interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology services
- Perform and interpret appropriate interventional radiology procedures based on clinical need
- Interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, and nuclear medicine studies
- Provide timely consultations and collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in scheduled call coverage, including weekends and holidays
- Support coverage across affiliated regional clinical locations as needed
- Maintain a productivity expectation of at least 45 RVUs per shift
