1. Serve on Middesks leadership team with responsibility for overall sales functions and operations, acting as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, Product leadership, and other executives.
2. Develop and implement go to market strategy aligned with Middesks mission and long-term company targets.
3. Hire and train teams across multiple commercial functions, including sales representatives, business development representatives, sales engineers and customer success managers.
4. Design and operationalize revenue plans that drive pipeline growth, improve sales cycle efficiency, and increase average contract value (ACV).
5. Forecast expected business outcomes across new business revenue, expansion revenue and retention revenue.
6. Oversee account managers in managing key customer accounts.
7. Conduct client prospecting focused on large enterprises.
8. Conduct high-touch customer engagement, including onsite meetings and executive alignment sessions, to support customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
Education and Experience Requirements
This position requires eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience must have included at least four years experience in the following:
a. Owning and managing customer accounts.
b. Conducting client prospecting focused on large enterprising.
Experience must have included at least two years experience in the following:
c. Leading overall sales functions and operations.
d. Forecasting expected business outcomes across new business revenue, expansion revenue and retention revenue.
e. Developing and implementing go to market strategy.
f. Hiring and training a team of sales representatives, business development representatives, sales engineers and customer success managers.
Travel Requirements
Will travel 15% nationally to various cities in the United States to meet with clients and support business development efforts.
Salary: $302,000 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F.
