Cardiology Physician

Coverage: Scheduled + On-Call as needed
EMR: Epic
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic + Inpatient Consults

• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• 2 3 weeks/month
• On-call: 4:00 PM 8:00 AM, as needed

• Outpatient cardiology clinic: approximately 3 days/week
• Supervise stress testing: approximately 1 day/week
• Inpatient consults and stress lab coverage
• Read nuclear portion of stress tests preferred, not required
• Hospital consult service as needed
• May float between Massena and Potsdam locations for consult coverage

• Board Certified in Cardiology
• NY license in hand
• Epic experience required
• AHA or RQI certification
• Preferred: Board certification/experience reading cardiac imaging, including nuclear stress tests
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience
