Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking a Urologist (MD/DO) in The Dalles, Oregon. Experience with female pelvic floor reconstruction preferred but not required. FTE flexibility available, ranging from 0.6 to 1.0 FTE.

Licensure/Certification:
- Board eligible or board certified
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state(s) of practice
- Must meet hospital medical staff credentialing standards
