A growing specialty practice in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist with
Head & Neck Surgery fellowship training to join an established program with a large patient base, dedicated OR time and strong multispecialty support.
Position Highlights:
- Established patient base be busy from day one
- Comprehensive Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Cancer care
- Join a team of 2 full-time Otolaryngologists supported by 2 experienced PAs
- Flexible 4.5-day work week
- 1:3 weekday call and 1:6 weekend call, with weekend call shared with another community group
- Dedicated OR block time with a wide variety of cases and no trauma
- Da Vinci Xi robotic systems available at two operating sites
- Integrated Audiology department offering a broad range of services
- Collaboration with multispecialty teams
- Admit to two hospitals connected by an enclosed skywalk system

Compensation & Benefits:
- $605,976 compensation
