PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Cardiac Imaging Interpretation
  • Supervision of Stress Tests
  • Nuclear Stress Test Interpretation (Preferred)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active New York medical license
  • Board: BC in Cardiology
  • Certifications: AHA or RQI certifications (BLS, ACLS)
  • Experience: 5+ years experience preferred
  • Other Qualifications: Epic experience required; No residents/fellows
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide outpatient clinic coverage approximately 3 days per week.
  • Supervise stress tests approximately 1 day per week.
  • Perform inpatient consults and stress lab duties.
  • Provide on-call coverage from 4p to 8a as needed.
  • Read nuclear portion of stress tests and participate in hospital consult service rotation as needed.
