Physique Fitness Metro Atlanta, GA Part-Time / Substitute Opportunities Physique Fitness is looking for an energetic, confident, and motivating Full Body Sculpt Fitness Instructor to join our instructor team. If you enjoy leading fun, challenging workouts and helping participants build strength, improve endurance, and feel confident, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead engaging Full Body Sculpt classes for a variety of fitness levels Incorporate strength, toning, cardio, and functional movements Create fun, effective, and easy-to-follow workouts Demonstrate proper form, technique, and safe movement patterns Provide modifications and progressions for different abilities Keep participants motivated through strong cueing, music, and positive energy Create a welcoming and inclusive class environment Arrive prepared, professional, and on time Follow facility safety guidelines and class protocols What We're Looking For Current Group Fitness, Strength & Conditioning, or related fitness certification Current CPR/AED certification preferred Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred Strong communication and cueing skills High-energy, engaging teaching style Ability to modify exercises for different fitness levels Dependable and professional Passion for helping people enjoy fitness A Great Fit If You Can: Teach.
