The facility provides strong nursing support staff within the NICU setting and is committed to delivering high-quality neonatal care across its campuses.
Opportunity:Physician - Ophthalmology, Pediatrics
Job Details:- Provide Pediatric Ophthalmology - ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) NICU screenings across three hospital campuses
- Coverage required at Memorial Campus, East Campus, and Transmountain Campus
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with no call required
- Inpatient only - patients are newborns ages 0-1
- One screening per patient with rounding responsibilities
- Approximately 48 total hours needed for this engagement
- Nursing staff support available within the NICU
- Board certification required
- Active Texas medical license required - TX licensure only accepted
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60 days
