Overview In this role you drive profitable growth for Snap-on's national accounts and online sellers, shaping strategies with key partners and buyer teams. You collaborate with cross functional partners to articulate market opportunities, product and program initiatives, and end user conversion plans. You will manage reviews, optimize distributor spend, and build high level relationships to expand brand reach. This role combines strategic influence with hands on negotiation and data driven decision making to accelerate revenue impact.

Responsibilities- Define and manage the growth strategy for each national account and online seller
- Negotiate pricing and programs with buyers and online merchandisers (e.g., Abalox, Suncoast Supply)
- Articulate markets, end user conversions, initiatives, and line review strategies
- Ensure recipients have necessary information to negotiate program elements for end user conversions
- Demonstrate familiarity with digital assets required by online sellers
- Lead line reviews and business reviews to maintain appropriate distributor spend
- Identify and support strategic selling initiatives by geography, segment, or product
- Build high level relationships with key accounts to broaden brand awareness and support initiatives
- Achieve strategic revenue, profit, and market share goals
- Implement cost reduction and avoidance recommendations; report variances and corrective actions
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales with key accounts and online sellers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation skills to all levels of an organization
- Analytical, problem solving and decision making capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills with multiple concurrent projects
- Tenacity, drive, and high energy; self motivated
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and Tableau
