COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine - Obstetrics (FMOB)

• $285kSalary without C-section training/$320k with C-sections
• wRVU production bonus model
• $5,000 Quality Bonus

• Option for FP/OB Hospitalist/week on-off, or traditional
• Call: 1:3 with C-sections or 1 day/week and 1 weekend a month without

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine - Obstetrics (FMOB)

• Recent US Board Eligible or Board Certified required
• FM/OB with or without C-sections training
• Quality and Patient Care Focused
