COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSFamily Medicine (FM)
  • $285k Base Salary + Production Incentives
  • $25,000 Sign-On Bonus(half up front and the remainder after the 1 st year)
  • $10,000 Relocation Assistance

  • Family Medicine - 100% Outpatient
  • 12-16 patients per day in clinic
  • 3NPsand 1 PAon-site
  • No Call - Excellent work-life balance
  • EMR - Meditech
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLFamily Medicine (FM)
  • MD/DO
  • BE/BC
  • Must acquire CO licensure
COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)
  • Southeastern, CO
  • 1 Hour Drive to Pueblo, 1
