Workers Comp and Occ Med ExamsBirmingham, ALStart ASAP-OngoingSchedule: M, W, F, 9a-5p or M & F, 9-5pContract basis (W9)Volume: 25 -30 mix of new injuries, injury follow up visits and physicalsNP, PA & MA support staffDOT certification preferred. If not, will cover cost to obtainSystoc EMR system$125 per hour, plus mileage. Paid weeklyMalpractice providedLocal providers preferred
