The work is fast-paced and entails the opportunity of breaking down a full carcass to individual portions is an art form, requiring skill and a strong attention to detail.
Positions include fabrication of:
Cut hanging: round and hind quarter
Cut on table: chuck, clod, ribeye strips, top butt, and tenderloin
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm or until the work is done. Saturdays for business needs.

A good attitude towards continuous improvements of food safety systems.
Must be able to work both independently and as a team.
The desire and ability to follow general food safety practices (GMPs, HACCP, and SQF system)
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Language Skills;
Fluency in English (verbal and written)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and understand instructions. Possess good eye-hand coordination and dexterity. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. They use their hands and arms constantly. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, 40-degree temperature, and wet floor. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
