Manages multiple projects while monitoring and reporting status to HR leaders. Leads project teams from design implementation to completion including documenting current state, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading implementation ensuring that all goals and objectives are met throughout the process. Acts as a strong leader/facilitator in the development and implementation of work processes including identifying, sharing, and making recommendations to create and implement operational best practices within the department. Follows up and tracks processes to ensure expected outcomes are achieved. Coordinates successful completion of project deliverables, identifies risks and problems, builds mitigation plans and solutions, and supports the implementation of changes and solutions for HR initiatives impacting different functions and processes. Assesses audience and determines appropriate level of information to be communicated in project updates. Effectively and efficiently influences processes, redesigns, outcomes, and behaviors to complete assignments in a timely and quality focused manner. Plans work to be done in concert with the needs of CCHS and HR departmental leadership. Clearly defines opportunities and purpose of projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to scope and direct projects. Develops, maintains, and revises work plans. Identifies tasks, assigns resources, and manages project plans to successfully complete tasks to meet agreed upon deadlines. Clearly delineates task predecessors, critical path, and required resources to ensure smooth project progress. Collaborates with Shared Services for all system requirements gathering for portfolio projects. Hybrid work schedule.
Education and Experience Requirements
Requires a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 1 year of project management experience (or a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 5 years of project management experience). Must have experience with: collaborating with senior leaders; group facilitation; work process analysis; change management; LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies; project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall; lean management principles; Power BI; and Microsoft Visio.
