Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate patients' physical and mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate effective treatment plans.
  • Implement individualized therapeutic interventions and therapy sessions to address physical health concerns related to mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate cohesive healthcare strategies for patients.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on physical health education, coping strategies, and personal growth.
  • Engage in outreach programs aimed at raising awareness of mental and physical health issues within the community.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation that comply with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center caters to a diverse array of patients, including those dealing with chronic illnesses, stress-related ailments, and mood disorders. As a Licensed Physical Health Therapist, you will help patients navigate their physical challenges and mental health issues, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. Qualifications
  • Active California state license as a Physical Therapist, with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
