Compensation: $45 $52/hour, commensurate with experience

Reddy Family Dentistry is a welcoming private dental practice in Medina, OH, looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. We are open to both experienced hygienists and newer graduates who are motivated, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
We are looking for coverage across all four days of our Monday Thursday schedule, and we're open to either one full-time hygienist or two part-time hygienists .
Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- 1-hour scheduled lunch break
- Office is closed Friday Sunday
Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
As our hygienist, you'll provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care while building positive relationships with our patients. Responsibilities include:
- Providing routine dental hygiene services and preventive care
- Performing periodontal assessments and treatment
- Providing scaling and root planing (SRP) when indicated
- Taking appropriate diagnostic records and documenting patient care
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
- Working closely with the doctor and dental team to provide coordinated patient care
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and patient-focused operatory
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Ohio
- Patient-focused, friendly, and professional
- Reliable and comfortable working independently
- A strong communicator who enjoys educating patients
- Comfortable performing SRP
- Experienced or willing to learn new graduates are welcome to apply!
- Comfortable with local anesthesia , preferred
