Overview

In this role you will lead the Marketing function for Abbott's Toxicology, Workplace & eScreen portfolio, shaping strategy and driving growth. You will partner across Commercial Operations, Product Management, Digital Solutions, and other functions to deliver market leadership and differentiated solutions. You'll build a high-performing team and embed customer-centric, data-driven practices. This is a chance to influence portfolio expansion and digital engagement at scale within a global healthcare leader.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives and long-term plans
  • Lead market segmentation, targeting, value proposition, and portfolio positioning
  • Establish go-to-market strategies across employer, healthcare, laboratory, occupational health, government, and channel partner segments
  • Translate insights into growth initiatives to increase revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Serve as primary marketing advisor to divisional leadership and DVP
  • Drive growth across recurring services and product offerings; identify expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Product Management to prioritize investments and opportunities
  • Develop lifecycle management to maximize adoption, retention, and utilization
  • Lead pricing, value communication, and commercialization initiatives
  • Build and lead a dedicated Marketing organization supporting Toxicology, Workplace & eScreen
  • Establish governance, processes, and talent strategies to support future growth
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with Abbott policies and regulatory requirements
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 10+ years of commercial/marketing/product leadership experience; 5+ years of people leadership experience; proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-level marketing strategies; track record of driving business growth and portfolio expansion; strong financial acumen with budgeting experience; experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams; exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
