Overview

In this role you will lead the global clinical publication strategy for electrophysiology device data, guiding a team of medical writers to translate trial findings into peer-reviewed manuscripts and congress content. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and external investigators to ensure timely, compliant publication of data across the portfolio. You will shape publication plans aligned with product milestones and maintain high standards of integrity and publication ethics. Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the global publication plan for in-human electrophysiology device data
  • Lead a team of medical writers and collaborate with cross-functional partners and external investigators
  • Translate complex trial data into clear scientific narratives for manuscripts and congress presentations
  • Develop annual publication plans aligned with asset milestones and data disclosure timelines
  • Coordinate abstracts, manuscripts, posters, and podium presentations; review clinical documents for accuracy
  • Manage external medical communication agencies and ensure adherence to GPP and ICMJE guidelines
  • Ensure timely, ethical, and compliant publication of PMCF and registry data
  • Oversee publication timelines and data translation for post-market data reporting
Key requirements
  • 5-7+ years in medical publications or medical communications
  • Strong background in cardiology, medical devices, or cardiac electrophysiology
  • Expert knowledge of clinical trial designs and statistical methodologies
  • Experience designing and leading publication plans and cross-functional collaboration
  • Leadership/mentoring experience
  • Knowledge of GPP and ICMJE guidelines
  • Educational background as an advanced scientific degree
