Growth Solutions Engineer

In this role you bridge customers, coordinators, and engineering teams to translate mission needs into technical solutions. You guide capture efforts while ensuring architectures meet DoW requirements, security standards, and operational readiness. You will participate in forward-facing events, collaborate with solutions architects, and shape the right technical solutions. The position supports rapid delivery, accelerating mission-critical technology to the warfighter with agility and impact.

• Translate mission needs into technical solutions and architectures
• Guide capture efforts and align designs with DoW requirements and security standards
• Collaborate with solutions architecture teams to shape suitable technologies
• Engage in forward-facing events to identify mission needs
• Support rapid acquisition paths and OTA processes to accelerate delivery
• Interact with key stakeholders on large-scale projects and program of record
• Travel CONUS up to 20%

• 5+ years in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or systems engineering role supporting DoW or IC customers
• 3+ years experience with complex technical solutions, COTS products, or phased prototyping in the DoW or IC space
• Experience driving engagement-based approaches to acquisition, whitespace growth, and cross-selling in adjacent markets
• Experience owning or supporting annual sales quotas and driving customer adoption via enterprise agreements or consumption-based offerings
• Experience engaging with client stakeholders on large-scale projects, including program of record and large acquisition vehicle work
• Top Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
