Position Summary
Robbins Property Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This position is responsible for completing service requests, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and helping maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community.
Key Responsibilities
Complete resident service requests and apartment turnsPerform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairsAssist with preventative maintenance and property inspectionsParticipate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergenciesSupport community appearance and curb appealDeliver exceptional customer service to residents Why Join RPA?
