Day shift. No weekends. PACE setting. Local candidates preferred.

Protean Med is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing locum opportunity with a PACE clinic in Fayetteville, NC.

Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Geriatric patient population

Epic EMR

Autonomous practice with Medical Director support

What You ll Do

Provide comprehensive care to frail and elderly patients

Manage chronic and acute medical conditions

Perform patient evaluations and follow-ups

Coordinate care with the PACE multidisciplinary team

Work autonomously while having a Medical Director available for support

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified NP/PA

North Carolina license candidates needing to obtain a license may be considered

BLS

DEA & CDS certification

Minimum 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly patients

Geriatric experience/qualifications preferred

Experienced providers only no new grads

Local candidates required
