Landscape Maintenance Technician

This position focuses on maintaining commercial properties to the highest standards through mowing, landscape maintenance, and other seasonal services.
Responsibilities
Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
Perform weekly mowing and property maintenance on commercial accounts.
Trim around buildings, trees, sidewalks, and landscape beds.
Maintain a clean appearance of all assigned properties.
Assist with shrub trimming, pruning, mulching, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanup.
Help with landscape installation and irrigation projects as needed.
Safely load, unload, and care for company equipment and vehicles.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.
Work efficiently as part of a team while delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications
Previous commercial landscape maintenance experience is required.
Experience operating commercial mowing equipment.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
Dependable transportation to and from work.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
