Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry (Long-Term Care, Day Shift)

We are a closed-door Long-Term Care pharmacy seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry to join our team in Worcester, MA. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy accuracy, structure, and working behind the scenes-no retail environment and no patient-facing counter work.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and process prescription orders accurately
Review medication orders for completeness and clarity
Maintain patient profiles and medication records
Communicate with pharmacists, nurses, and prescribers as needed
Support cycle fills, short-cycle fills, and LTC workflows
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician experience required
Data entry experience strongly preferred
LTC pharmacy experience a plus (retail technicians encouraged to apply)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician registration (or ability to obtain)
