You'll partner with on-site teams to execute marketing and renewals while upholding Greystar's standards of service. Responsibilities- Execute all sales and leasing activities to hit occupancy and revenue targets, including tours, applications, credit/background checks, and lease signing
- Gather and record essential information from prospects and new residents at move-in
- Monitor market and competitor conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
- Design and run marketing activities and events to drive traffic and referrals
- Utilize on-site property management software to track availability, leads, and data
- Inspect show units, coordinate maintenance needs, and prepare show-ready spaces
- Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours to finalize leases or renewals
- Support lease renewal processes with letters and packages, coordinating renewals
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Attend community events and engage with local networks to generate leads
- Complete financial, administrative, and other reports as needed
- Assist Lifestyle Coordinator with event setup as required
Key requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years in sales, marketing, internet, and customer service with ability to resolve issues and maintain records
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain features and qualify prospects
- Mathematical aptitude for sales conversions
- Sales skills: lead generation, presentations, closing
- License/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, property management applications, and database management; internet marketing capability
