What You ll Do: - Provide clinical urology services in a well-equipped outpatient clinic and hospital settings
- Conduct general urology procedures, including ureteroscopies
- Perform patient consultations, post-operative follow-ups, and hospital rounds
- Support a busy practice with an average of 14+ patients daily
- Collaborate with a team of medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff
- Participate in hospital daytime consults and occasional coverage for hospital rounds and procedures
- Use EPIC electronic medical records to document patient interactions
What You Need: - Active PA license or IMLC LOQ
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
- DEA certification
- At least 3 years of clinical urology experience
- Strong communication and patient care skills
About the Assignment:This outpatient urology practice features nine exam rooms and three procedure rooms, supporting a patient population with no peds. The facility is recently renovated and staffed by experienced professionals. The role involves a mix of clinic, hospital rounds, and OR procedures, with schedule flexibility to ensure work-life balance.
