Seeking an experienced BE/BC Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join team in Phoenix, AZ. Medical Center is a full-service hospital with a Level 1 Trauma/Burn Center. The hospital is committed to top notch pediatric care and has a Pediatric ED, NICU, PICU and Pediatric Acute Care Unit. There is also a very robust FQHC Ambulatory Clinic with general pediatric and subspecialty services adjacent to the hospital and additional ambulatory FQHCs providing pediatric primary care around the city.
- Solo role with cross coverage for call
- Call minimum of 10 nights per month, with extra compensation for anything above that
- Spanish language proficiency would be beneficial, but not required.
- Non-profit multi-specialty physician group committed to providing clinical services to the underserved population of Maricopa County.
- Medical Center is a teaching institution which hosts 9 residency programs for which physicians are core faculty. The Pediatric Residency is shared with Phoenix Children s Hospital.
- Also affiliated with the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Phoenix and Creighton Medical School, Phoenix Campus.
