A growing health system in Western Wisconsin is seeking a full-time or part-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a collaborative and patient-focused team. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations and follow-up evaluations for ENT patients
- Perform surgical and non-surgical ENT procedures within scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
- Accurately assess, document, and manage patient care plans
- Maintain complete and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for or currently holding Wisconsin medical licensure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient-centered approach to care
