The Clinical Operations Manager plays a vital role in supporting the effectiveness, quality, and compliance of clinical service operations across the agency. Responsibilities include providing oversight and guidance to unlicensed and licensed clinicians with clinical-related needs and workflows within the agencys electronic health record system. This position oversees all business operations related to clinical service delivery, including but not limited to clinical onboarding, training (OJT), productivity, compliance, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Acting as a liaison between clinical staff and leadership, the Clinical Operations Manager ensures adherence to all organizational, state (e.g., DBHDD, DFCS), and payor regulations, while helping drive continuous improvement through data monitoring, process development, and staff support. The role works closely with other program and administrative teams including admissions, compliance, training, billing, and utilization management to ensure operational efficiency and overall program effectiveness.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position and typically works Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm but requires flexibility especially in providing resources and assistance to individuals receiving resources.
