Overview In this role you lead the Epic training program for a pediatric health system, shaping curricula and materials for EHR education and go-lives. You'll coordinate training schedules, develop supplemental Epic and non-Epic content, and identify remedial training needs across users. You'll work remotely for Minnesota or Wisconsin residents, partnering with cross-functional teams to enable successful Epic implementation and ongoing user proficiency. This is a leadership role with a strong focus on project delivery, quality training, and user enablement.

Responsibilities- Oversee the Epic training department and curriculum delivery
- Develop Epic and supplementary training materials for EHR education
- Coordinate EHR training schedules and go-live readiness
- Create materials for EHR projects and go-lives
- Identify and manage remedial training needs across all users
Key requirements- 3+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of professional development/training experience
- Strong facilitation, writing, communication, and project management skills
- Deep understanding of hospital organizations and EPIC certification
- Demonstrated project management skills with on-time goal achievement
- Self-directed with strong organizational, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience with instructor-led classroom training; Epic experience preferred
- Healthcare IT environment or consulting experience preferred
- Ability to mentor and coach direct reports
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends
- English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, adult learning, organizational development, healthcare or equivalent
