Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the hematology laboratory
• Ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related Science field
• ASCP certification required
• Experience in a hematology laboratory required
• Strong leadership and communication skills preferred
