A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the Chicago area is seeking a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its primary care team.
Polish language fluency is absolutely required. This position serves a large Polish-speaking patient population, and candidates must be fluent in both English and Polish. Unfortunately, candidates who do not speak Polish cannot be considered.

Clinic Hours
- Monday: 6:30 AM 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:30 AM 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified with certification maintained in good standing
- Active or eligible Illinois APRN or PA license
- Illinois Controlled Substance License and DEA registration
- Current provider-level CPR certification
- Fluent in both Polish and English (required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $97,000 $130,000, based on experience
- Full Practice Authority NPs start at a higher salary scale
- $20,000 salary increase after one year for eligible providers meeting productivity/template requirements
- Eligible for NHSC and Illinois State Loan Repayment Programs
