  • Knowledge of information flow in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus
  • Ability to identify, define, and evaluate solutions to problems
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to listen and understand client needs
  • Grit and entrepreneurial approach to work.

Required Education:

  • BS or MS in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or systems engineering, and/or an MBA
  • Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt, Project Management, ISO 9001, or AS 9100 certifications are a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation, including a quarterly performance bonus, 401K with matching, ample paid time off, medical, dental and vision coverage for employees and families, profit sharing, reimbursed training expenses, and a company credit card. This role has high earning potential as your work and contributions are directly tied to measurable client impact.

We invest in the health and security of our team and their families. Through the CAMPS Health Trust, you will enjoy a comprehensive, top-tier benefits package:

  • Company-paid medical coverage for employees, with generous company contributions toward coverage for your spouse and children
  • Medical coverage through Regence BlueShield, with low copays for office, specialist, urgent care and virtual visits, preventive care covered in full, and nationwide access through the BlueCard network
