Required Skills include:
- Minimum of 5 years of machining experience, with proficiency in CNC machinery.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and tolerances.
- Ability to independently set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including lathes, mills, saws, and grinders.
- Skilled in precise measurement with instruments like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
- Knowledge of machine programming and troubleshooting.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Mastercam or AutoCAD.
- Background in welding, electrical, and mechanical assemblies.
- Forklift or overhead crane operation.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Technical or vocational degree in machining or manufacturing.
- CNC, manual, or precision machining certification.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with advanced setup and programming skills.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work environment involves exposure to noise, machinery, and cutting tools, with mandatory use of PPE.
