Responsibilities- Lead and manage the maintenance department to optimize performance, reliability, and uptime of industrial equipment.
- Oversee and drive the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program to improve reliability, availability, and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance (OEE) and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF); implement actions to boost reliability and efficiency.
- Develop maintenance team members through goal setting, coaching, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance expenditures and spare parts inventory, focusing on cost control.
- Coordinate involvement in installation, startup, and ramp-up of new equipment, workstations, and lines.
- Ensure business continuity by maintaining equipment readiness and contingency planning for critical operations.
- Use data and metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and support continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- 5+ years of maintenance experience with industrial manufacturing equipment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, and maintenance best practices
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including TPM
- Proficiency reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical docs
- Background in spare parts management and maintenance cost optimization
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and industrial controls
- Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning tools; MES experience
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to leverage metrics for decision-making
