Overview In this role, you will strengthen Amazon's TRC programs to ensure compliance and risk control across Middle Mile operations. Responsibilities- Optimize and improve audit and monitoring activities by identifying inefficiencies and implementing technical solutions
- Handle escalations and provide enforcement recommendations to business teams
- Automate and streamline internal workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
- Provide precise reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Meet individual and team goals with high standards and diligence
- Lead or participate in special projects and assignments as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in compliance program management, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives
- SQL and Excel experience (preferred)
- Program requirements definition with data and metrics to drive improvements (preferred)
