Responsibilities- Lead engagements for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients focusing on GTN revenue analytics, government pricing analytics, contract and channel valuation, compliance assessments, pricing methodology development and Fair Market Value analysis
- Provide subject matter guidance on GTN and Government Pricing, including go-to-market responsibilities for related services
- Lead cross-functional transformations to identify gaps in Managed Markets, Finance, and Medical Affairs against best practices, requirements, and initiatives
- Develop and implement market access and pricing strategies
- Oversee price modeling for government price points and impact analyses across commercial, government, and distribution contracts
- Lead and assist clients in operationalizing compliant government and commercial programs, including pricing development and reporting
- Advise on price transparency reporting programs
- Utilize data analytics and financial modeling to evaluate client financial data
- Manage teams through requirements gathering, contract modeling, use case development, testing, and training
- Communicate effectively with engagement teams and client executives to maintain relationships
- Lead business development, proposals, and marketing content
- Oversee engagement economics including budgeting, pricing, margin management, billing, and risk management
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
