Overview In this role you are the primary contact and trusted commercial partner for Design Hotels member properties in the Americas. You will nurture long-term relationships, address each hotel's business needs, and identify commercial opportunities within the portfolio. You will represent the Design Hotels brand and coordinate with Marriott and global teams to ensure alignment with standards and initiatives. You will provide strategic guidance, drive revenue growth, and support contract renewals and program participation. This position offers the chance to shape client success across a growing luxury hotel network.

Responsibilities- Manage an assigned portfolio of member hotels, acting as main contact and building durable relationships with stakeholders
- Provide strategic account management based on each hotel's priorities and opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, engagement, and satisfaction through Design Hotels programs
- Represent the Design Hotels brand, values, and commercial objectives with assigned accounts
- Support contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations
- Analyze hotel performance and translate insights into revenue growth recommendations
- Prepare data-driven performance updates and commercial recommendations
- Identify and pursue opportunities for additional Design Hotels products and services
- Support forecasting and planning for assigned hotels
- Coordinate with Marriott and internal teams on operational, system, and integration needs
- Act as a communication bridge between member hotels and Marriott stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional/global teams to address member needs and deliver programs
Key requirements- 3-5 years of hospitality experience in account management, sales, commercial operations, revenue management, or business development
- Experience managing clients or commercial stakeholders
- Solid understanding of hotel commercial operations, distribution, and revenue management
- Experience with branded hotel systems or Marriott International is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel within the Americas
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages advantageous
