Overview In this field-based role, you will be Eisai's medical liaison, exchanging scientific data with KOLs/HCPs and driving medical strategy in Alzheimer's disease. You will build deep disease-state expertise, educate healthcare professionals, and support Eisai's dementia pipeline. You'll lead cross-functional projects and expand educational initiatives to close knowledge gaps. This position offers meaningful impact through frontline scientific engagement and collaboration with Medical Affairs.

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary clinical/scientific resource to HCPs in the territory on disease state and Eisai products
- Act as a conduit for updated clinical and medical information between KOLs/investigators and Medical Affairs
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs in AD/dementia for Eisai interests
- Present clinical data on Eisai products and relevant therapeutic areas
- Support and lead congress coverage efforts and MSL activities
- Identify and report scientific insights from KOLs to Medical Affairs
- Facilitate IIS review and support Eisai-sponsored trials; contribute to site selection and scientific expertise
Key requirements- MSL experience in neurology or complex diseases preferred; dementia/AD research experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years in MSL or related scientific/clinical role for Sr. MSL
- Established KOL relationships in neurology preferred
- Strong broad-based scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, FDA/pharma regulations, and compliant practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication, tailored to audience
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel 60% and set up home-based office
