Overview In this role you lead category management for EE components end-to-end, influencing cross-functional teams to support AWS growth. You will shape sourcing strategies, negotiate complex supplier agreements, and drive cost optimization across NRE, Capex, and BOM+MVA. You partner with suppliers to ensure supply continuity and manage performance through QBRs and escalations. You'll work at the intersection of business judgment and technical acumen to solve high-impact supply challenges. Responsibilities- Negotiate supply agreements to ensure continuity and mitigate risk
- Lead supplier QBRs, track delivery across metrics, and manage escalations
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with AWS initiatives and market trends
- Own component cost management and drive year-over-year reductions in NRE, Capex, and BOM+MVA; manage PPV and budget variance
- Negotiate complex supplier agreements and SOWs
Key requirements- 3+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years related experience in data center, consumer electronics, or semiconductor industry

- preferred: MBA or master's in STEM disciplines
