Overview In this role you will shape the strategic direction for Accenture's Americas, partnering with the leadership team to craft growth, operating, and investment strategies. You'll serve as a strategic advisor across industries, solving complex problems, and guiding reinvention initiatives and market unit projects. You will lead problem structuring, research, stakeholder interviews, and the delivery of actionable recommendations, while monitoring progress of interventions. This is a hands-on role with cross-functional collaboration and high-impact transformation.

Responsibilities- Identify and structure strategic problems for the Americas
- Test hypotheses and own research and analysis
- Engage with stakeholders and interview SMEs
- Present recommendations to team and leadership
- Lead implementation of interventions and monitor progress
- Contribute to Americas growth, business, and V&A agendas
- Deliver Americas G&S projects with cross-functional teams
Key requirements- Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience
- Strategy Consulting background (preferred)
- Understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities
- Strong MS Office skills
- Analytical and structured thinker with problem-solving ability
- Ability to work with leadership in a trusted advisor capacity
