Overview As Senior Project Manager, you will lead corporate occupier real estate projects from feasibility to handover, partnering with brokers and clients to shape strategy and delivery. You'll manage design, construction, and procurement while coordinating stakeholders and maintaining governance. The role focuses on driving schedules, budgets, and quality, ensuring best practices across projects. Responsibilities- Act as the project management lead and occupier representative for corporate real estate projects from feasibility to handover
- Coordinate with commercial real estate brokers on site feasibility, lease negotiations, test fits and transaction strategy
- Manage project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and General Contractors
- Oversee design and general contractor procurement processes, bid documents, RFI handling, and bid leveling
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with critical path focus and monitor for schedule slip
- Ensure governance, processes, and best practices are applied across projects
- Produce formal project status reports and maintain trackers (permits, inspections, etc)
- Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously across time, cost, and quality
- Generate or validate high-level project budgets and monitor budget performance
- Oversee the design process to meet client standards and conduct drawing reviews for completeness and constructability
- Facilitate fluid project information flow among team members and document communications
- Identify and resolve issues in design and construction, including site visits and change order reviews
- Monitor General Contractor performance during construction, review schedule updates, and manage RFI/submittal processes
- Identify risks and commercial issues, implementing mitigation strategies
- Maintain strong client relationships and seek opportunities for new work
- Provide strategic guidance to improve TT processes and capture lessons learned
- SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant
Key requirements- 5-7 years of relevant project management experience
- Corporate occupier, office TI, professional services experience
- Experience reviewing and understanding commercial leases preferred
- Experience working with commercial real estate brokers preferred
- Strong organizational and management skills; ability to collaborate with broader team
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools
