As an HR Business Partner at Amazon Logistics, you partner with business leaders to advance talent management, employee experience, and operational excellence. You will leverage data-driven insights to address trends, drive engagement, and coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams. You may lead entry-level HR staff and own initiatives that enhance the employee experience, aligning people strategies with business goals. This role blends strategic influence with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.

• Improve site effectiveness through root-cause analysis and high-judgment decisions aligned with policy while minimizing risk

• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; gather insights from the floor
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools, enhancing user experience and high-touch service in critical moments

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 2+ years HR or equivalent experience (operations, customer service, retail, distribution, etc.)
• Experience supporting or leading onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management
