Overview In this role you lead AI-powered employee experience engagements for Fortune 500 clients within Deloitte's Moveworks team. You drive multi-engagement programs, oversee budgets, timelines, and risks, and mentor consultants while coordinating with HR, IT, and InfoSec stakeholders. You shape user journeys and configuration decisions for knowledge management, conversational flows, and agentic AI, and you integrate Moveworks with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Workday. Responsibilities- Lead multiple Moveworks engagements across implementation, use case expansion, and platform optimization including scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risk management
- Coach and develop consultants through day-to-day feedback and performance oversight
- Serve as primary client contact for stakeholders across HR, IT, and Information Security
- Lead workshops and design sessions to define user journeys, sprint priorities, and configuration decisions for knowledge management, conversational flows, and AI capabilities
- Oversee integration planning and delivery of Moveworks with platforms like ServiceNow and Workday
- Contribute to business development and practice development activities such as proposals, scoping, client presentations, and knowledge sharing
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years implementing enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) including API integrations, testing, deployment
- Ability to travel 0-50%
